Requests we may refuse
We may refuse work that asks us to threaten, harass or control another person, diagnose or treat illness, guarantee gambling or investment outcomes, facilitate illegal activity, or exploit fear about alleged curses or supernatural danger.
Orders and pricing
Final production terms should cover acceptance of orders, payment, errors, stock, delivery, cancellation rights, service scheduling, refunds, complaints, liability and governing law in language matched to the actual operation of the business.
